The license includes unlimited employees for one organization and one production deployment. The capacity of your server still depends on your infrastructure and usage.

They are not included unless expressly stated in your purchased package. You are responsible for installation, operation, backups, and maintenance.
The website is accessible from modern mobile browsers. The mobile app reads location once, when an employee clocks in. It does not track location during a shift or in the background. When mobile app source is included in your package, your organization handles configuration and publishing. Signing, app store distribution, and developer account fees are separate responsibilities.
